Re: EuroLeague Women Transactions 2011-12
Sounds plausible to me They would have the MVP of Polish League (Leuchanka) and the MVP of Polish Cup (Babkina) on the roster

I'm going with Moscow - they seem to have a couple of roster spots for foreigners which isn't the case with Fenerbahce.

...
Very strange decision. she really wanted to play in Wisla so she very quickly signed new contract. why? A few days after signing the contract she said that shi did't want to play in Krakow. She is a very difficult player, she very well knew that the whole roster was made "under" her. I hope that Wisla will punished her. Very fake ...

that was my second option to take the roster spot that was occupied by Ann Wauters last season.

In Russia the language and more widely - the culture could be an advantage too. Feeling like home or something.
Punish?? In what sense? Financially?
Surely it was not too honest and she gained at the expense of our team. However I don't really see any good solution and I don't find it proper to fight against her.
But I have already punished her on my own and unliked her profile on Facebook

Leuchanka will play in one of the Russia Club. at the moment both sides talk about compensation for the broken contract.
Re: EuroLeague Women Transactions 2011-12
Playmaker Agata Gajda (Energa Torun) to CCC Polkowice. They've also resigned Agnieszka Majewska (C) and Joanna Walich (PF).

Natalie Ploubi joins Lotos Gdynia.

I suppose the reason for hiring her is simple - she has Polish passport.

Re: EuroLeague Women Transactions 2011-12
How serious it is? What about playing in the Euroleague? What kind of goals for the next season? Any predictions? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Pecs 2010.
OMG. Gdynia, Pecs, Valenciennes... Once those teams were on the top, many great battles, outstanding players... Now USO doesn't exist, while Gdynia and Pecs are struggling to survive. I can't come to terms with this.

Where did you get this? Sounds very likely. Big city, parties, a lot of money... and it was clear for several days she'll be playing in Russia.

Looks like previously suggested Cohen to Gala won't happen. She's signed for 2 more years with Schio - http://www.familabasket.it/news/918/show
