FIBA Europe TV
I'm curious, who's going to take a subscription. I thought they would do a special package for the EuroBasket like they did for the Worlds but I dont see one. (althought monthly pass is already cheap in order to see all the games)

Sucks if you don't have access to that TV channel.
For about 10-15$ you can get a VPN set up for a month so that the fibatv site thinks you're browsing from the country where the VPN servers are.

Re: FIBA Europe TV
The BBC are apparently going to show all the GB games online and via our digital service (the 'red button', if anyone British is reading this who isn't going to be in the arena anyway). So I'm currently deciding whether I'm interested enough in the rest of the tournament to cough up the cash.
For all my love of basketball and the women's game, there's really a lot of teams and a lot of games in this tournament that I don't really care about (or just don't have time to watch), so I'm not sure.
Was all set to pay for it until FIBAEurope made the mistake of selling the rights to the BBC .

Oh, c'mon, 3 of 54 games will be enough for you?

Hey! 6 out of 54, thankyouverymuch.JohnyK wrote:Oh, c'mon, 3 of 54 games will be enough for you?
And no, probably not. But it kind of annoys me that I'll be paying for a month when I basically want four days - quarter-finals, second lot of quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final. But I don't fancy finding a pub which has the right TV package and is willing to turn the channel for me on those four days (if EuroSport is even bothering with this tournament).
The other option, of course, would be to hope that someone's streaming it besides FIBATV (wink, wink), but I've had so many technological issues lately that I don't really want to screw around with that either.
